Group Power Hour

The hour where things actually get done.

Ever notice how much more you get done when someone else is in the room? The Group Accountability Power Hour is a monthly online session where a small group of motivated professionals come together, set their intentions, do focused work, and finish the hour having actually moved something forward.

No pressure. No performance. Just a dedicated hour of momentum — with people who get it.

This is for you if...

✦  You have a to-do list that never seems to get shorter

✦  You work alone and miss the energy of having other people around

✦  You keep putting off that one task that actually matters

✦  You want accountability without the pressure of 1:1 coaching

✦  You're going through a career transition and need space to make progress

✦  You want to connect with other motivated, like-minded professionals

✦  You're recovering from burnout and building new rhythms of focused, sustainable work

Here's how the hour works

Welcome & goal-setting — 10 minutes

We open the session together. Everyone shares what they're working on and what they want to achieve in the next 45 minutes. It's a simple but powerful act — saying your goal out loud to a group of people makes it real in a way that a private to-do list never quite does.

Focused work — 40 minutes

Cameras on or off — your choice. You work on your task independently while the group works alongside you. No chatting, no distractions. Just you, your work, and the quiet collective energy of a group of people all making things happen.

Reconvene & celebrate — 10 minutes

We come back together to share what we achieved. Even if you didn't get everything done, you'll have moved further than you would have alone. We close with a moment to acknowledge the progress — because celebrating small wins is one of the most underrated tools for building long-term momentum.

Here's how the hour works

There's a well-documented phenomenon called the Köhler effect — people work harder and stay more focused when they're in the presence of others, even when everyone is doing their own thing. It's why coffee shops and libraries are so productive. It's why coworking spaces exist. The Group Accountability Power Hour brings that energy online — with the added layer of intentional goal-setting and reflection that turns a productive hour into a genuine habit of momentum.

More than just a productive hour

One of the things I've noticed about people navigating burnout or career transitions is how isolating it can feel. You're surrounded by people getting on with things, and you're quietly struggling to find your footing.

The Power Hour is a small but meaningful antidote to that. It's a space where people show up, do real work, and support each other — without the pressure of having to perform or have it all figured out.

It's a community in the making. And I'd love for you to be part of it from the start.
